How much does coaching cost?
Pricing is discussed after your application and on what exactly you need from me. Spots are limited but everything in the community is free!
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?
Yes. I started from zero. I tailor around where you are now, not where I assume you should be.
How long is the program?
Minimum 8-12 weeks. Real change takes time — I don't do crash programs or quick fixes.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym is recommended, but I can work with home setups. Tell me your situation in the application.
How do I know if I'm a good fit?
Apply and I'll jump on a call with you. As long as you have heart to do it, you're def a good fit!
